Session MTB & Outdoor provides mountain bike coaching and outdoor sessions for riders of all ages and abilities on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. Its mountain bike lessons support beginners as well as riders aiming to improve their skills, build confidence and progress to more challenging trails. Sessions are tailored to participants and operate at Jollynose Mountain Bike Park, south of Port Macquarie, and Kiwarrak Mountain Bike Park, near Taree.
The team also offers adventure sessions, NDIS sessions and programs such as Gravity Groms, helping young riders develop safely and enjoy riding with others. Coaches are certified through AusCycling and hold current advanced first aid certificates and Working With Children Checks; the business is also an NDIS provider. Beyond coaching, Session MTB & Outdoor sells branded merchandise and gift cards, which can be used to share its experiences.
With a focus on practical instruction, safe progression and respect within the riding community, the brand helps people explore local trails and take their riding to the next level
