Sevenhugs is a brand that was established over 8 years ago with a clear mission: to create the world's smartest and most user-friendly remote control. We have been incredibly honored to have you as our customers and support you throughout the years since we introduced the Smart Remote. Unfortunately, due to recent market developments, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the Smart Remote products.

As a result, we will no longer be selling, manufacturing, or providing support for the Smart Remote, Smart Remote X, and Smart Remote U. We understand that you may have some questions, so we have provided answers to frequently asked questions such as where to buy the Smart Remote and the limited warranty period. Important updates include the fact that the mobile application is no longer available on app stores, though you may still use it with limited functionality if you have previously downloaded it.

Additionally, compatibility with certain devices and services may be affected due to changes in partner interfaces. We deeply appreciate your support and understanding during this time, and we want to assure you that we are committed to maintaining the quality and functionality of our existing products. Thank you for being part of the Sevenhugs community
