Seventeen Twelve Spirits is a North Carolina craft distillery based in Conover, where founders Zack Cranford and Tim Weaver produce small-batch spirits rooted in local agriculture and heritage. The company says its products are made from 100% North Carolina grains, using locally sourced ingredients and hands-on distilling and bottling processes. Its lineup includes Seventeen Twelve Bourbon, described as North Carolina’s first bourbon grown, distilled, and aged in the state since Prohibition, and Gatlin’ 110, an award-winning, high-proof moonshine made in the Foothills.
Seventeen Twelve Spirits sells its products online and ships to most states. The brand also shares cocktail and food recipes developed with local mixologists, chefs, and artists, inviting customers to explore and contribute their own creations. Distillery tours are offered by reservation when available, though the website notes that tours were paused due to COVID-19.
Seventeen Twelve’s mission is to bring honesty and pride to distilling while supporting the local economy and celebrating North Carolina’s history
