About San Francisco Bay Wildlife Society
San Francisco Bay Wildlife Society, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) Friends group, is dedicated to supporting the education, interpretation, and research activities of the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
The Society aims to foster an understanding and appreciation for the San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuges, their natural and cultural history, and to preserve essential wildlife habitats. They provide a range of programs, such as annual summer camps, educational initiatives, and stewardship efforts to promote awareness of urban runoff pollution and conservation practices.
