South Florida Elite Flag Football (SFE) is a South Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to developing female athletes through flag football. Led by Coach Willy Perez, the organization combines elite coaching, national competition, leadership development, and a family-first culture to help players progress on the field and beyond.

SFE offers athlete development for players of different experience levels, focusing on fundamentals, football knowledge, confidence, leadership, and readiness to compete at higher levels. Its Gold and Silver travel club teams take part in high-level tournaments, with coaching, national exposure, and college recruiting support. The organization also runs camps, clinics, combines, and other training opportunities throughout the year.

For athletes considering college competition, SFE provides a college locator tool and shares stories from alumni who have continued playing at the collegiate level. Its coaching staff includes coaches with playing and coaching experience, including national-team and championship backgrounds. SFE welcomes dedicated players across skill levels and holds tryouts for grades 6–12. The organization also shares event dates, photos, and program updates through its website.
