SFERA INTERNATIONAL is an association for sustainable development based in Bitola, North Macedonia. They are dedicated to raising awareness and educating local communities, particularly the youth, about environmental protection, cultural and natural heritage, healthy lifestyle, sustainable youth development, and youth active participation through volunteerism. With over 600 members, ranging from high-school students to professionals, SFERA INTERNATIONAL focuses on organizing trainings, workshops, and camps both nationally and internationally to promote non-formal education and develop professional and leadership skills among young people.

They also collaborate with national and international organizations and networks to network and exchange knowledge. Additionally, SFERA INTERNATIONAL prioritizes protecting the environment, promoting sustainable development, encouraging the usage of alternative energy sources, and advocating for a healthy lifestyle. They also aim to empower young people with knowledge about crisis management and inform them about opportunities and youth activism.

SFERA INTERNATIONAL is committed to the process of Europeanization of the country
