Sociedade Filarmónica União Pinheirense (SFUP) is a community association based in Pinheiro de Loures, Portugal. Founded in 1909, it is one of the oldest collectives in the Loures municipality and holds Public Utility status. For more than a century, SFUP has brought people together through culture, education, music and sport, while supporting the local community and its traditions.

Its cultural programme includes TEATR’UP, which presents original productions and adaptations, alongside theatre groups for teenagers and children. The music school offers lessons in wind instruments, piano, guitar, drums and singing for children aged six and older. Chorus’UP, the association’s first choir, performs Portuguese and international music, with or without accompaniment. Set’EnCanto is also among the activities featured by SFUP.

Sports and movement options include hip-hop classes for ages six to fourteen, fitness sessions in gymnastics, step and aerobics, and karate classes for different ages and levels. SFUP also offers yoga and group walking activities. Its agenda features performances, concerts and community events, and people can join as members.
