About SG Hubertus Altdorf
Schützengesellschaft Hubertus Altdorf 1955 e.V. is a community-focused shooting club based in Altdorf in the Nürnberger Land region of Bavaria. Founded in 1955, the society is a member of both the Bavarian Sports Shooting Federation and the German Shooting Federation. It brings together sporting activity, cultural traditions and social life, and takes part in local events such as Altdorf’s Altstadtfest and the Wallenstein Festival.
Members can practise a range of shooting disciplines at the club’s modern shooting facilities. The society also includes groups affiliated with the German Federation of Sports Shooters (BDS) and the Reservists’ Association, offering opportunities to participate in different club settings. Youth development is a particular priority. Children and young people can train alongside peers under the supervision of qualified youth leaders, with an emphasis on concentration, responsibility and enjoyment of the sport. Through its facilities, organised sporting activities, youth support and participation in local cultural events, Hubertus Altdorf offers members a place to pursue shooting while contributing to community life.
