Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex, located in the Guzar district of Qashqadaryo Province, Uzbekistan, is a leading producer of high-quality polyethylene and various gas products. As a limited liability company and a subsidiary of Uzbekneftgaz, the complex specializes in the production of polyethylene, liquefied gas, light condensate, sulfur, and purified natural gas. With a robust processing capacity, it transforms up to 4 billion cubic meters of raw gas annually, producing over 125,000 tons of polyethylene granules, approximately 110,000 tons of liquefied gas, and 90,000 tons of gas condensate.

Shurtan also hosts the Qarshitermoplast workshop, which manufactures polyethylene pipes, fittings, cans, agricultural storage boxes, aluminum composite panels, and components for drip irrigation systems. The complex plays a pivotal role in enhancing the stability and efficiency of various sectors within Uzbekistan's economy while facilitating the growth of small and medium enterprises.
