The Sustainable Global Leadership Association (SGLA) is an educational organization focused on helping people develop as leaders and shape a more sustainable future. Its online academy offers a 10-week leadership program designed to help participants lead their lives and contribute to a better future for themselves and the planet. The course meets live on Zoom once a week and draws on the guidance of mentors with experience in leadership, science, spirituality, and human potential.
SGLA was founded by Shlomo Shoham, a former judge and former Commissioner for Future Generations, who leads programs and teaching focused on future-oriented leadership. The association also offers “The Gift,” a 10-week journey for participants seeking deeper personal reflection, as well as a four-day retreat in Cyprus exploring personal potential and the future people wish to create. Other offerings include meditations, a bundle of three meditations with Shoham’s book Future Intelligence, and learning resources through its knowledge center and blog. SGLA reports operating in 50 countries and having supported more than 450 lives and businesses.
