SGO HQ

SGO HQ is a software platform designed for Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGOs) participating in the Education Freedom Tax Credit (EFTC) under §25F. It helps organizations manage the program while retaining control of their donors, branding, scholarship decisions, and school relationships. The platform brings donation processing, family applications, eligibility and income verification, award management, school disbursements, and compliance reporting into one system.

Features include donor identity checks, payment processing by ACH and card, per-donor §25F receipts, donor records, campaign tools for schools, application links, and automated reminders. SGOs can track scholarship awards and per-student transactions, maintain separate accounts, monitor the 90/10 administrative cap, and prepare federal and state reports. White-label websites, custom domains, and sign-in access for teams, schools, donors, and families support a branded experience.

SGO HQ also offers onboarding and direct access to founder Dovi Geretz, who is described as the builder behind EFTC Credit. The platform is intended to help SGOs launch and operate compliant programs, from donor contributions through scholarship disbursement and reporting.
