About Sgunteribergs

The Schützengesellschaft Unteriberg is a shooting sports association that welcomes visitors and participants interested in the tradition and practice of sport shooting. The club presents shooting as an activity that develops concentration, composure and decisiveness—qualities useful in everyday life—while also emphasizing enjoyment, friendship and bringing people together. Its community spans generations and welcomes girls, boys, women and men, including young people from the age of ten and experienced veterans.

The association’s website shares information about its annual program, competitions and training. Events include the Hirschfluh shooting competition, a 2026 annual championship, a training championship and a recreational shooting event. The site also provides competition rankings, regulations, details about the club committee and youth shooters, and a location map. Information for participants in compulsory shooting covers the safe handling of a personal firearm. Visitors can explore the club’s activities and are invited to experience the excitement and social spirit of shooting sports for themselves. The website also lists a restaurant section and links to related resources.
