SH92

SH92 (Solidarité Handicapés 92) is a parent-led association in Levallois-Perret, France, supporting families of children and young people with intellectual disabilities. Recognized as being of general interest, the organization works to reduce isolation and help families build a more supported daily life. Its work includes accompanying parents, encouraging exchanges between families, sharing information about rights, and advocating for the inclusion and recognition of people with disabilities.

SH92 offers adapted leisure activities, held weekly or fortnightly and supervised by experienced professionals. These include creative expression, socio-aesthetic and wellbeing workshops, dance therapy, music, pony activities, swimming, and reflexology. The association also organizes family gatherings, outings, celebrations, and respite stays, helping children participate in stimulating experiences while families connect and share support.

Run entirely by volunteer parents, with no employees, SH92 relies on donations to maintain its activities and develop future projects. It also organizes fundraising and awareness-raising initiatives, and provides practical information and updates for families.
