Shadostudio

Shadostudio is a fitness and wellness club located at 961 Rue de la Croix de Lavit in Montpellier, France. Its modern, welcoming space brings boxing, high-intensity interval training and yoga together, with dedicated studios for different training styles and goals. In the Box’in studio, members can take Blackbox sessions, combining 45 minutes of bag work, movement and coaching in an immersive, music-led atmosphere, or try 30-minute HIIT Boxing for a shorter, high-intensity workout.

The Shadoyoga studio offers 45-minute classes focused on movement, breathing, posture and relaxation, with options suited to different levels, including beginners. Shadostudio offers membership plans with varying weekly class credits, access to its wider club network, and additional member benefits on selected plans. A complimentary trial session is also promoted for prospective members.

The Shadostudio app lets users book group classes, access their member account and club updates, enter using a virtual badge, and purchase training packages. The club is open seven days a week
