Shadow Cats TNR (SCTNR) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping animals in need in Harford County, MD. Our mission is to establish and manage programs for the welfare of community cats, companion animals, and pet owners in collaboration with other community partners. We specialize in Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) to control the community cat population.

Through this process, we often come across friendly and semi-friendly cats and kittens, which we work to place into loving homes through our adoption and barn cat programs. SCTNR is actively involved in educating the public about the importance of spaying/neutering pets and controlling cat populations. Our impact is significant, as we strive to spay/neuter and vaccinate cats across our communities, including pets, adoptable cats, working cats, and outdoor community cats.

We are grateful for our veterinarian clinic partners who provide surgical and medical care at reduced rates. Additionally, we rely on the support and generosity of our neighborhood partners who host events and accept donations on our behalf. Join us in our mission to make a positive difference for cats in Harford County
