Salman Shaikh is the founder and CEO of the Shaikh Group (TSG), an independent organization focused on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. They aim to promote peace, tolerance, mutual security, and shared economic prosperity through practical initiatives.

Established in 2015, TSG has grown considerably, especially with the launch of the Iraq Dialogue Initiative in 2021.
