STEP FORWARD is a long-distance running coaching service led by Eric Shiner, a running coach trained at Wingate and the Levinsky College. Drawing on his own running experience, including five marathons, Eric helps people progress from their first steps to ambitious race goals. Coaching is available throughout Israel, primarily online, with plans tailored to each runner’s abilities, schedule and objectives.

Marathon programs cover base building, quality and long runs, training-load management, tapering and race-day pacing. Runners receive ongoing workout tracking, analysis and feedback through a dedicated app that can sync with a running watch, along with guidance on technique and focused work on weaker areas.
