ShakeHands is a pioneering brand in the Indian pet industry, founded by Kayamali Charania. Starting from a small stall in Crawford Market, Charania recognized a significant gap between the demand for dog accessories and the availability of quality products. This led him to embark on a journey of innovation and manufacturing, spending years perfecting each pet accessory to ensure the highest quality and strength.

With the vision of providing pet parents with a one-stop solution for all their pet needs, ShakeHands launched the first pet store in Mumbai. Today, the brand has expanded to include multiple stores across the city and a Pan-India online presence. The brand's success can be attributed not only to the hard work and innovation of its founder but also the contributions of his family members.

Amirali, Charania's son, brought his technical expertise to the business, launching the brand's website and app to revolutionize the shopping experience for pet parents. Zohara, Charania's daughter, plays a crucial role in ensuring that ShakeHands offers a wide range of products with excellent availability. She evaluates suppliers, negotiates contracts, and manages stock levels to prevent disappointment.

Sabiha, the daughter-in-law, is responsible for the content on the website, providing detailed and informative descriptions to help customers make informed decisions for their furry babies. She also handles customer grievances and strives to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. ShakeHands' growth has been organic and slow, reflecting its roots as a small, family-run business.

With a strong connection between its brick-and-mortar stores and online platform, ShakeHands remains committed to serving the pet parent community across India
