About Shannon Fraser
Shannon Fraser Designs is a quilting brand focused on making modern quilting approachable and sharing the joy of sewing, one stitch at a time. Through its website, Shannon Fraser offers practical tutorials, resources, and guided quilt-alongs for quilters looking to build skills and complete creative projects. Instruction covers techniques such as curved piecing, making four-patches and half-square triangles, basting, machine quilting, and binding.
Recent projects include the Merry Midnight table runner and quilt-along, along with Cloud Surfing and tutorials for blocks such as Drunkard’s Path. The site also features quilt-along programs, including Little Forest BOM, Mouse Trap BOM, 2025 Shattered Star QAL, and Winter Star QAL. Shannon Fraser Designs maintains a shop for quilting products and patterns, while its articles provide project guidance, tips, and encouragement for sewing at home.
Visitors can also find frequently asked questions, background information, and contact details. A weekly email newsletter shares quilting inspiration, behind-the-scenes updates, helpful advice, and early notice of new patterns and creative projects
