About Shan You
Shan You is a reputable and compassionate social service agency based in Singapore. Since its establishment in 1995, Shan You has been dedicated to providing mental health and social care services to the community. As a registered charity with the status of Institutions of a Public Character (IPC), Shan You is committed to improving the well-being of individuals from all walks of life.
No matter your race, religion, or ability to pay, Shan You offers accessible services to everyone in the community. They operate two centers, the Shan You Counselling Centre in Kallang and the Shan You Wellness Community in Eunos. These centers provide a range of services, including professional counseling, community wellness programs, and professional training.
Inspired by the Pali word Kalyanamitta, which means Noble Friend, Shan You aims to embody the qualities of compassion, morality, mindfulness, and wisdom.
