Shaolin Finland

Shaolin Nordic is a school in Finland dedicated to traditional Chinese practices and martial arts. It teaches skills originating in China’s Shaolin temples, which the school says have been passed from masters to students through an unbroken lineage for 1,500 years. Its curriculum includes Chi Kung, also known as Qigong, for cultivating health, vitality and performance; Shaolin Kungfu and Taijiquan, combining traditional martial arts with a programme for personal development; and Zen, a method for training the mind and spirit.

Shaolin Nordic is part of the international Shaolin Wahnam Institute, which was founded in 1982 by Shaolin master Wong Kiew Kit.
