Shaolin Shifu

Shaolin Shifu GmbH is a Frankfurt am Main-based organization dedicated to bringing authentic Shaolin traditions into modern life. Working in partnership with the Shaolin Zentrum Frankfurt, it offers activities spanning martial arts, movement, meditation, education, and digital initiatives. Its areas include traditional Shaolin Kung-Fu, Qigong and Tai-Chi, Chan meditation, and mindfulness. The company also provides non-medical programs for relaxation, stress management, and health prevention, alongside courses, workshops, retreats, coaching, and training and professional development for instructors.

A key project is the European Shaolin Open Championship, an annual international Kung-Fu and Tai-Chi competition in Germany. It brings together schools and teams from across Europe to compete in different forms and categories, with champions recognized in each age group. The Shaolin Zentrum Frankfurt is the company’s partner for daily training and classes for children, young people, and adults, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Through these offerings and collaborations, Shaolin Shifu GmbH supports the practice and sharing of Shaolin disciplines across a broad community.
