ShaolinFLOW

ShaolinFLOW Academy is an online school offering instruction in traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, Taiji and Qigong. Its ShaolinFLOW approach combines these Chinese martial and movement arts into a programme intended to support physical fitness, flexibility, awareness and balance across body and mind. Training can be practised independently or with a focus on martial techniques and partner applications, and is designed to fit around students’ schedules and locations.

The Academy offers two course paths: Silver Tiger for self-directed learning and Golden Dragon for students seeking personal coaching. Golden Dragon support is provided online through Zoom or FaceTime, with opportunities to submit practice videos for feedback. Both options include access to a private learning portal with detailed, on-demand instructional videos, training plans, downloads and background information. The basic course includes 50 instructional videos. Students can revisit lessons and practise at their own pace, while additional support, challenges and learning materials vary by course.
