Shapes Of The City is a photography project by Luke Agbaimoni that explores visual interactions with London’s architecture and art through dance and yoga. Its galleries capture the shapes, patterns and human experiences found across the city, presenting familiar places from a creative perspective. Subjects include London’s varied architecture and iconic structures, the passageways and buildings of the Underground, street art and sculptures, and well-known landmarks.
The project also looks at the everyday journey to work in “Dance Of The Commuter,” using movement and form to reflect the experience of commuting, alongside a “Fun” collection featuring playful and humorous interactions with the city. Featured images include the London Eye, a sculpture in the shape of a twisted delivery postbox, “The Kiss” at King’s Cross, and “Dancing In Circles” in Bermondsey. Through its galleries, Shapes Of The City invites visitors to notice how people, movement, art and the built environment come together in London
