Sharelotte

Sharelotte provides compassionate aftercare and holistic support for women who have experienced abortion. Founded by Charlotte, a holistic therapist, Reiki Master and Trainer, the practice grew from her personal experience of finding little space to talk about the feelings that followed her abortion. Sharelotte offers a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where women can share their stories without needing to explain or justify their choices.

Services include individual and group support, grief guidance, systemic and energetic work, constellations, Reiki and breathwork. The practice also hosts ceremonies that may include a sharing circle, writing a letter, guided grieving, music, Reiki support and symbolic rituals of remembrance. Follow-up support is available after the ceremony. Sharelotte’s approach helps participants acknowledge their experiences and make space for grief, while addressing feelings such as guilt and shame. Support is offered regardless of how much time has passed since the abortion. The practice also provides talks and invites women to make contact for an initial conversation without obligation.
