Sharena Zadruga Initiative | Troyan is a brand dedicated to developing the village of Golyama Zhelyazna into a vibrant Heritage Arts & Crafts Hub. With a focus on culinary art and traditional handcrafts, Sharena Zadruga aims to revive the historic crafts school campus and transform it into a gathering place for creative enthusiasts. The project includes the restoration of the old school, bakery, and bathhouse, while also introducing new technologies to ensure comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
The brand plans to establish a Professional International Culinary Arts School, offering courses on traditional cooking methods, as well as a heritage crafts workshop that specializes in woodcraft, ceramics, icon painting, and traditional textiles.
