About Share the Dignity
Share the Dignity is a brand that is dedicated to ensuring menstrual equity for all. Their mission is to make a real difference in the lives of women, girls, and those who menstruate by providing them with period products. They focus on supporting those who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, domestic violence, or poverty.
Share the Dignity partners with over 3,000 charities across Australia to distribute period products to those in need. They achieve this through their Dignity Drives, where they collect and distribute essential items, and Dignity Vending Machines. Additionally, they run the annual It's in the Bag campaign, where they collect and distribute bags filled with essentials during Christmas time.
Since their founding in 2015, Share the Dignity has delivered over 4 million packets of period products and over 800,000 essential-filled handbags to Australian women and girls in need. They continue to grow and make a difference with the support of volunteers and Australian businesses
