Sharish Gin is a Portuguese gin brand launched by António Cuco on 24 April 2014, with its spirits distilled in the Alentejo. The range brings together local ingredients, regional traditions and distinctive recipes, offering classic expressions alongside limited and experimental releases. Sharish Gin Original, the brand’s first gin, begins with fresh Bravo de Esmolfe apple distillate and is finished with cinnamon and vanilla.
Other products include Sharish Gin Blue, made with Portuguese fruit and known for its citrus and berry notes and a colour shift when mixed with tonic; Distiller’s Cut; and fruit-led editions featuring Rocha pear and Algarve mango. Special releases include orange blossom, a 10th-anniversary gin, and Laurinius, aged in Lourinhã brandy casks. The range also extends to Sharish Sloe Gin and O Poejo, an Alentejo pennyroyal liqueur.
