Sharks Taekwondo Academy

Sharks Martial Arts Academy is a Maldives-based martial arts school established in Hulhumalé in September 2018. It describes itself as the first martial arts dojang or dojo established in Hulhumalé and welcomes children and adults, including local residents and visitors. Taekwondo, the Korean martial art, is its stated training program, with classes open to students aged four and above.

The academy operates in Malé, Hulhumalé, and Addu, including Hithadhoo and Feydhoo, making instruction available across several communities. Registered under Maldives Taekwondo, which is affiliated with World Taekwondo, the academy offers students a pathway from local participation to international opportunities.
