Working in two main directions, we provide social support to individuals with various forms of disabilities and assist organizations in becoming more inclusive.

At Sharoit Plus, we offer a range of services to support individuals with disabilities. Our innovative media initiatives, including podcasts, interviews, and social videos, aim to expand the possibilities for individuals with disabilities in Tashkent. We also provide a safe and inclusive coworking space for women and girls with disabilities, as well as a vocational training center for skill development.

Through our online platform, ISHPLUS. UZ, we provide job opportunities and training programs for individuals with disabilities, as well as resources for inclusive employers to find talent. Additionally, our training programs and consultancy services help raise awareness and understanding of disabilities in society.
