Sharon Sztar

Sharon Sztar is a women’s wellness brand founded on the belief that women can reclaim vitality, confidence and a fuller sense of self by reconnecting with their inner wisdom, natural instincts and womanly bodies. Drawing on Sharon’s personal experience of healing from chronic illness and decades of life as a woman, her work challenges conventional ideas that wellness comes from appointments, diets or supplements alone. Instead, it encourages women to know and understand themselves more deeply.

Sharon offers mentoring, events, circles and classes designed to create supportive spaces for women to remember, reconnect with and reclaim their feminine power. Her work also includes STM, a restorative style of yoga, and teaching on fertility, menopause and women’s cycles. Workshops help participants build knowledge and confidence in their bodies, while mentoring provides personal guidance on the journey toward wellbeing. Sharon also shares reflections on womanhood and life through her journal, The Enchantress Journals, with weekly writing available on Substack.
