Shed 12 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a family-friendly, inclusive club in Brendale offering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for people of all ages, abilities and experience levels. Its mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment where students can build confidence, improve fitness and develop practical self-defence skills. The club promotes respect, humility, courage and integrity, alongside a positive, progressive team culture.

Training is led by Coach Matt, whose teaching emphasizes the reasoning behind techniques as well as how to perform them. Programs include engaging classes for children, and the club also welcomes adults who are new to BJJ or seeking to advance their skills. Students can train on sprung mats designed to support safer practice, and the facility includes gym equipment on a second floor. Shed 12 also offers strength and conditioning training, BJJ apparel and open mat opportunities. With a welcoming atmosphere for families and individuals alike, the club provides a place to learn, train and roll with others in the Brendale community.
