Shefford TAGB TKD is a friendly local Tae Kwon-Do club offering structured classes for children aged five and over, young people, adults and families. Based in Shefford and Campton, the club welcomes beginners and students of all abilities, helping everyone develop skills and progress at their own pace. Training takes place on Mondays from 6 to 7pm at Campton Village Hall, and on Wednesdays from 6 to 7pm and 7 to 8pm at Shefford Town Memorial Association.

Led by instructor Samantha Griffin, a fifth-degree black belt with more than 20 years of experience, sessions focus on Tae Kwon-Do, self-defence, fitness and personal development. Students can build confidence, discipline, resilience, balance, flexibility, strength and coordination while becoming part of a supportive community. Respect, positive coaching and steady progress are central to the club’s approach.

Shefford TAGB TKD is affiliated with the Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain. No experience or uniform is required to try a class; newcomers can wear comfortable sports clothes and bring a drink.
