About SHEILD ASSOCIATION
SHEILD Association is a registered civil society organization founded in 2010 with a mission to provide relief, assistance, and development to marginalized populations. Committed to working in various sectors, including emergency response, development, agriculture, education, and more, SHEILD Association aims to enhance human rights, social awareness, and economic conditions for vulnerable communities. Operating in Lebanon and Syria, the association implements programs through a participatory approach, involving local stakeholders, authorities, and beneficiaries to assess and address their specific needs.
They operate in accordance with the principles of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and The Arab Charter on Human Rights, ensuring assistance without discrimination. SHEILD Group, founded in 2019, manages multiple units and ongoing programs to extend their humanitarian aid network on an international level.
