Shelly Burton

Shelly Burton is an energy medicine practitioner and Oxford-trained medical anthropologist who helps people reconnect with themselves and restore balance across mind, body, and spirit. Her approach, called Shelly Energy Medicine, combines hands-on energy healing, channeled wisdom, sound therapy, and neuroscience-based techniques for rewiring emotional patterns. The work is designed to help clients release stagnant energy and address emotional blocks associated with trauma.

Burton offers private sessions to support the body’s natural healing processes, as well as ceremonies, including moon ceremonies and horse medicine experiences. Her broader offerings include healing courses and Empathy Heals, which helps people work with emotional sensitivity, alongside Healthy Love Is Hot, focused on becoming available for secure, passionate relationships. She also shares events, media, and a monthly newsletter featuring new moon wisdom, event invitations, and a guided inner-child meditation. Through these services and educational resources, Burton presents a pathway toward emotional healing, self-understanding, and living with greater connection to one’s own heart and personal truth.
