Shelly Restaurant

Shelly Restaurant is a kosher-certified dairy dining destination in Caulfield, Melbourne, created by chef and founder Rony Parienty. It combines food, music, theatrical elements and cinematic storytelling in an immersive experience designed to engage the senses. With a limited number of seats, its flagship Four Seasons show brings guests together at a long communal table for a ten-course degustation with beverage pairings, inspired by the changing seasons.

For a more spontaneous evening, Trust Rony offers a six-course surprise tasting menu shaped by guests’ tastes and the chef’s choices. Shelly also presents the Four Elements experience at its sister venue, Shelanous in Port Melbourne, and offers select Sunday dining for children. The restaurant welcomes kosher, halal, vegetarian and vegan guests with care.

Beyond regular dining, Shelly provides private functions, venue buyouts and tailored corporate events, with menus, drinks and entertainment arranged around each occasion. Gift vouchers are also available. Shelly’s approach turns dinner into a shared, lively occasion, balancing creative cuisine with hospitality and performance.
