Shenpen Nepal is a non-profit social work organization founded by Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche in 2004. Operating within the Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling Monastery's community, Shenpen aims to improve the lives of the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal, particularly the very young, very old, and displaced individuals. With support from people worldwide, Shenpen funds various local charities and NGOs in the Kathmandu valley.

Their focus areas include Health, Education, Elderly care, Skills Training, and Animal Welfare. They provide daily meals for elderly women and school supplies for poor village children. They also sponsor the school tuition of children and fund cataract surgeries for the elderly.

Shenpen conducts vocational training sessions for women and administers anti-rabies vaccinations for over 2,000 dogs annually. The name Shenpen translates to benefit others in Tibetan. The organization operates with the principles of volunteerism, impartiality, non-sectarianism, and non-politics.

They prioritize small, practical projects that produce sustainable benefits for the poorest. Shenpen works collaboratively with like-minded international charities to maximize their impact and support poor individuals and communities.
