Shen Yi

SHEN YI is an association dedicated to teaching traditional Chinese energy practices, including Qi Gong, Tai Ji Quan and Wu Xing Quan. It offers regular classes, workshops and courses throughout the year in Arcueil and Cachan in the Val-de-Marne and in Paris. Its programme includes general Qi Gong, Qi Gong for women, and sessions combining Qi Gong with voice or singing, alongside Tai Ji Quan instruction.

Teaching is provided by Ghislaine and Tien Shue, who present traditional exercises through an educational approach that uses imaginative situations to encourage attention and engagement. The association describes these internal arts as supporting creativity, health, psychological strength, intelligence, flexibility, energy, self-confidence, relaxation and well-being. SHEN YI also shares information and resources through its website and YouTube channel, and highlights the book Voie / Voix du Tao by Tien Shue and Frédéric Albou.
