Shenzentai

Shen Zen Tai-Club is a martial arts organization based in Luxembourg, where Grand Master Shoya has led the art’s European development since 1987. Shen-Zen-Tai is presented as a distinctive synthesis of traditional and modern disciplines, combining original Kung Fu, Kay Jay Do, Tai Chi Chuan, Kyokushinkai Karate, Jiu Jitsu and full contact with elements of Taoism, meditation and Zen. The club’s training focuses on three specialties: Fodo Tai, emphasizing control and speed in technique; Tai Chi, using physical movement to communicate energy; and Zeno Tai, developing the body and mind through meditation, Zen and action.

Breathing practices, including Pa-Tuan-Tsing, complement this instruction. The approach aims to build vigilance, concentration and effective self-defense through logical movement, while rejecting violence as an ideal. Respect, fraternity, modesty and the development of personal qualities are central to its philosophy.

The club offers martial arts training and related practice, bringing together physical techniques and mental discipline under the guidance of its European leader
