Shepherd's Hill Farm

Shepherd’s Hill Farm is a countryside wedding and event venue in Montgomery, Minnesota, about 45 miles south of Minneapolis. Set amid the natural scenery of Southern Minnesota, the farm combines thoughtfully designed gardens, sweeping lawns, and a fully renovated barn to create a welcoming setting for weddings, retreats, and other small group gatherings. Its location offers a rural atmosphere within a short drive of the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area, making it a convenient option for groups seeking a peaceful place to meet or celebrate.

Beyond hosting events, Shepherd’s Hill Farm works cooperatively with local farmers to raise grass-fed beef and produce pasture honey. Cattle graze the farm’s 75 acres during the spring, summer, and fall, contributing to the working-farm character of the property. Visitors can learn about the venue’s spaces, availability, and event offerings through the farm’s website. The property can also be booked through its VRBO listing, and prospective guests are invited to contact the farm with questions.
