Sherborne Nederland promotes Sherborne movement pedagogy, a creative, interactive approach that uses movement and physical activity to support people’s development. Inspired by Veronica Sherborne, the method takes a holistic view, addressing physical, emotional, social and cognitive development and aiming to help build self-confidence. Its flexible, body-oriented activities can be adapted for children and adults, both with and without special needs.

The organisation connects professionals interested in applying the method and provides information about training opportunities in the Netherlands. Its course programme includes Beginner and Practitioner courses, offered through different providers, with a course overview to help visitors find an option that suits their location or schedule. Sherborne Nederland also enables teams to explore the approach through workshops and offers in-company training arranged with its course leaders.

Beyond the Netherlands, the organisation highlights international initiatives, collaborations and exchanges, and invites professionals to join a worldwide community focused on holistic learning through movement.
