Our diverse community comprises professionals from a wide range of sectors, including record labels, artist management companies, booking agencies, technology platforms, creative agencies, composers, and artists.

With our headquarters in London and LA, we have established 18 global chapters spanning across cities such as NYC, France, Italy, and Mumbai. We encourage decision-makers in the industry to join our network, while also welcoming young aspiring individuals. Our mission is to connect and empower underrepresented communities, striving for a more equitable music industry.
