Shewach

Slowiness™ is the personal philosophy and creative venture of Steven Shewach, built around a simple idea: less noise, more life. It challenges the assumption that speed, scale and urgency should dictate how people spend their time, attention and relationships. Rather than presenting slow living as an aesthetic or trend, Slowiness encourages a more intentional definition of a life well spent. Shewach’s perspective grew from a major life change in 2015, followed by years of travel across more than 65 countries and a move to Portugal, where he now lives.

Alongside writing and developing the Slowiness philosophy, Shewach runs Digital Serenity, a small consultancy that helps people regain calm, practical control of their digital lives. Its work includes organizing files and photos, improving device confidence and creating simpler systems. Other connected projects include Vitamen, focused on men’s midlife health through food, movement and sleep, and Tanuvo, an early-stage concept for functional, minimal carry. Through essays, consulting and these developing ventures, Slowiness explores how to make intentional living tangible in everyday life.
