Shift Community Cycles is a community-centered bicycling hub in Eugene, Oregon, serving Lane County with a mission to provide mobility and cycling skills to all. The organization works toward a future where bicycling is safe, supported, and part of daily life throughout Eugene and Lane County. Its bike shop accepts donated bicycles and parts, then refurbishes bikes to make reliable, accessible, and affordable transportation available to more people. Visitors can also seek bike repair support and take part in community repair pop-ups, donation drives, and bicycle giveaway days.

Beyond its shop, Shift offers education and engagement through classes, workshops, group rides, bike buses, and programs including Shift Kidz, Pedal Forward, and Free Bikes 4 Kidz. The organization also provides outreach services and a bike valet, and welcomes community members to become members, volunteer, donate, or attend events. Memberships help support the shop and programs such as the free community stand. Located at 811 W 6th Avenue, Shift describes its work as helping bring the opportunities of bicycling to more people.
