SHIGA BREEZE

BREEZE, the only all-girls rugby club in Shiga, is dedicated to empowering young women through rugby while fostering a supportive and engaging environment. Established in 2013 under the Shiga Rugby Football Association, BREEZE aims to promote the sport among girls in the region and nurture future national representatives. The club offers diverse training programs segmented by age, including top-level training for high school students, youth programs for middle schoolers, junior sessions for upper elementary students, and safe, non-tackle tag rugby for younger kids.

BREEZE welcomes players of all experience levels, emphasizing that rugby is no longer just a male-dominated sport; it's a dynamic community where girls can thrive. Regular practices take place at multiple locations, including Mitsuike Park and Shiga Daihatsu Arena. The club also hosts trial sessions and provides opportunities for interested girls to experience rugby firsthand. Join BREEZE to explore the joys of rugby and chase your athletic dreams in a fun, all-girls setting!
