Their primary healthcare clinics in rural Pakistan offer a wide array of services, including in-house and telemedicine consultations, lab tests, imaging reports, and follow-up care for patients in need. Shine Humanity also focuses on specific initiatives such as combating asthma and COPD with spirometry tests, providing therapeutic food for malnourished children, addressing rabies through vaccination and treatment programs, and screening for various diseases like diabetes, anemia, and malaria.

Additionally, Shine Humanity offers vaccinations for diseases like rabies, malaria, and hepatitis, conducts virtual educational sessions led by medical professionals, installs RO plants to provide clean water to rural communities, and addresses mental health issues. They also run a public health internship program and provide healthcare services to disaster-affected areas through flood relief camps.
