Shinkyokushin Brasil

Shinkyokushin Karate Brasil is the official organization for Shinkyokushin karate in Brazil and the South American headquarters for the style. It is affiliated with the World Karate Organization (WKO Japan) and the World FullContact Karate Organization (WFKO). The organization supports affiliated instructors, dojos, and academies across multiple Brazilian states, and welcomes qualified teachers and dojo owners interested in affiliation.

Shinkyokushin is a full-contact karate style that preserves the martial tradition of combat while emphasizing character, honor, discipline, and the avoidance of violence and aggression. Training is open to all genders and ages, starting from age two, and can support physical and mental conditioning, focus, self-defense, and personal development. Its practice and competition options include kumite, light kumite, kata, and ido geiko, with categories for children and adults over 40.

The organization runs events, seminars, and competitions at local, regional, national, and international levels.
