Shiny Yoga Kids

Shiny Yoga Kids is a dedicated platform specializing in children's yoga, offering a unique blend of engaging online classes and training for aspiring instructors. Founded by Alena Vedekhina, the school emphasizes a nurturing environment where children can explore their bodies and emotions through yoga. Unlike adult practices, children's yoga at Shiny Yoga Kids is dynamic and creative, integrating storytelling and imaginative play to foster emotional well-being and self-expression.

The program incorporates a variety of interactive tools, from colorful yoga mats to exclusive games and educational books designed to enhance the learning experience. It also caters to children with developmental challenges, providing tailored approaches with expert consultations.

Parents can easily connect to classes from the comfort of their homes, transforming any space into a personal yoga studio. Shiny Yoga Kids stands out not only for its comprehensive curriculum but also for its commitment to making yoga accessible and enjoyable for every child, allowing them to build balance, confidence, and joy in their daily lives.
