Shipbucket is a groundbreaking project that offers a unified and democratized archive of ship and aircraft drawings in a single uniform scale and style. Founded by Martin Conrads in the early 2000s, Shipbucket has grown into a premier learning tool for naval design, catering to both amateur hobbyists and serious professionals. The platform provides easy-to-edit raster pixel art that allows new authors to contribute effortlessly using tools like MSPaint or Photoshop.

Shipbucket's formats, including the original Shipbucket Scale for ships and the larger FD Scale for aircraft and vehicles, are designed for accurate and detailed drawings of both "real" and "never built" designs. While the website showcases organized entries for these categories, the forum is a playground for alternate history scenarios and customized creations. Join Shipbucket today to explore the world of naval and aircraft design, collaborate with a thriving community, and unleash your creativity!
