About Ship to Gaza Norway
Ship to Gaza Norway is a brand committed to bringing attention to the dire conditions that children in Gaza are living in. Their ship, named Handala, embarked on a solidarity voyage across Europe this summer, under the motto For the Children of Gaza. The ship visited numerous ports in countries such as Norway, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, England, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Sweden, spreading awareness about the situation in Gaza.
In the upcoming year of 2024, Ship to Gaza Norway sets its course towards Gaza itself, continuing its mission to advocate for the well-being of children. The local activists organized events upon the ship's arrival in various ports, providing information on the situation in Gaza. The independent news channel, The Real News, also planned a series of reports on the Freedom Flotilla, featuring an interview with Captain Joel Opperdoes.
